• Application and contact information: name, phone number, email address, city/area, language preference, availability, transportation details, and work experience you provide when applying or inquiring about work.

• Onboarding and contracting information: information needed to engage you as an independent contractor, such as government identification, work-eligibility documentation, taxpayer information, and signed agreements.

• Work-related information: assignment history, scheduling, and communications related to your placements.

• SMS opt-in data: your phone number and your consent to receive text messages, if you choose to opt in.

• Website usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard web technologies.

How We Use Information

We use this information to process applications, schedule interviews, complete onboarding and contracting paperwork, match contractors with client work assignments, send service-related communications (including text messages where you have opted in), process payments, meet tax and legal obligations, and operate and improve our services.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in on our application form, we send transactional text messages about your own application and work relationship: application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, onboarding and paperwork requests, paperwork confirmations, shift confirmations and reminders, and occasional requests to update your contact information. These are employment-related messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
